License for the assignment of image, voice and exploitation rights for educational and research purposes<\/strong>
I hereby authorise, for educational, evaluation and research purposes, the Fundaci\u00f3 per a la Universitat Oberta de Catalunya for the \u00a0treatment and processing of images, audio and video recordings made to me during my participation in the Tandem MOOC.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thus, I authorise the Fundaci\u00f3 per a la Universitat Oberta de Catalunya to store, to reproduce, to view and to publish in the tandem MOOC virtual platform the above mentioned images and recordings, in whatsoever format. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This license is granted for the entire term of protection of the work and without any form of economic consideration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Assignment of copyright<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a participant and\/or facilitator involved in the MOOC, I hereby authorize to the Fundaci\u00f3 per a la Universitat Oberta de Catalunya to store, reproduce, visualize and publish in the Tandem MOOC virtual platform all original works I may contribute during my participation in the MOOC of the Tandem MOOC project, in all the formats and in all languages, throughout the lifetime of the work and throughout the world inside the Tandem MOOC virtual platform and for educational, evaluation and research purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I hereby declare that I am the original author of the works referred to in the preceding section. The Fundaci\u00f3 per a la Universitat Oberta de Catalunya is therefore exonerated from any obligation or responsibility for any legal action that may arise from the infringement of third-party intellectual, trade secret or any other rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I assume responsibility for obtaining any rights, licenses, consent and\/or permits required for any third-party works I use in the production of my works, as well as for those I reproduce or publish within the framework of this MOOC and which are subject to copyright.
